Ingredients
Matcha powder
frozen banana
oat milk (or any milk you prefer)
vanilla ice cream
Method
add frozen banana's into your blender cup - I would recommend frozen or at least cold bananas. Easiest way to get frozen bananas is with a little pre planning so chop up your banana's a few hours before, put it in a food bag and leave in freezer for at least 1 hour.
Next add your oat milk, matcha powder and 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Blend away and enjoy!
